Did you know that you can have a service agreement for your bike with us at Monark Exercise? Our experienced bicycle mechanics will visit you regularly to service the bike. By keeping the bike in good condition, the risk of urgent repairs that cost you both time and money is reduced. We tailor the agreement to your needs, depending on how frequently you use the bike. Our service team uses original parts, as they are part of Monark Exercise, and it is in our interest that your bike stays in great condition for a long time and that you are more than satisfied with your new tool.
Over the years, our service team has had many satisfied customers. Our largest customer is PostNord, which we are extremely proud of. However, we value all our customers highly; for us, every bike counts.

The service agreement is aimed at our business customers. As a private individual, please first contact your local bike dealer for assistance.
We currently have a service organization based in Stockholm, Gothenburg, and Malmö, covering southern and central Sweden. We also have the opportunity to assist our customers in the north through collaborations with carefully selected partners. Our skilled service technicians perform the work on-site at the customer’s location.
Monark’s original parts are tested and approved to provide the right functionality and the longest possible lifespan and safety for Monark cargo bikes. These original parts are the components we use to build the bikes in our factory, and they have the right properties, quality, and fit. This ensures safety for you as a cyclist.
When purchasing a new Monark Cargo, you can sign a service agreement to ensure that your bike is always roadworthy and in the best condition. A bike serviced at the correct intervals—and by specialists—using original spare parts increases productivity at work. Planned maintenance and professional supervision are essential for a new bike used professionally.
